By accessing our website, creating an account, searching for a travel service, making a booking, or using any service provided through Eazybook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Eazybook platform or its booking services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law, to make a booking through Eazybook. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make the booking.
If you make a booking on behalf of another traveller, guest, family member, employee, or passenger, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and that the relevant person is aware of the booking terms.
Certain Eazybook features may require you to create an account or provide contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.
You should immediately contact Eazybook if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that it has been used for fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Customers should carefully review the applicable conditions before completing a hotel booking.
Flight bookings made through Eazybook are subject to the applicable airline's fare rules, ticketing conditions, baggage allowances, schedule restrictions, cancellation policies, change fees, and other conditions.
Airlines may change flight schedules, departure times, routes, aircraft, baggage policies, or other operational details. Eazybook will communicate material booking updates to customers where such information is made available to us.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, travel dates, contact information, identification details, and other information required to complete the flight reservation. Incorrect passenger information may result in additional charges or restrictions imposed by the airline.
Eazybook may facilitate bookings for cabs, taxis, airport transfers, outstation transportation, local transportation, and other vehicle services supplied by independent fleet operators or transportation partners.
Cab availability, vehicle type, pickup location, estimated arrival time, route, fare, waiting charges, tolls, parking charges, night charges, state taxes, and other applicable charges may vary depending on the selected service and the transportation provider's terms.
Customers should provide an accurate pickup location and contact number so that the assigned driver or transportation provider can coordinate the trip. Certain services may have additional terms relating to luggage, waiting time, route changes, passenger capacity, or vehicle availability.
Eazybook works with independent travel service providers and booking partners. These may include hotels, airlines, cab operators, fleet owners, accommodation providers, payment gateways, and other travel suppliers.
These third-party providers are responsible for delivering the services that they supply. Eazybook may facilitate communication, booking management, payment processing, customer support, and issue resolution, but the actual service may remain the responsibility of the relevant provider.
Where a third-party provider has its own terms, cancellation rules, refund conditions, or service restrictions, those terms may apply to your booking. Customers should review the applicable supplier conditions before completing a reservation.
Eazybook aims to provide useful and accurate information about hotels, flights, cabs, prices, availability, facilities, and travel services. However, information supplied by third-party providers may change and may not always be available in real time.
Search results, photographs, descriptions, ratings, amenities, prices, and availability are provided for informational and booking purposes. Eazybook does not guarantee that every displayed detail will remain unchanged until or after your booking.
Prices displayed on Eazybook may vary depending on travel dates, availability, demand, room type, fare type, vehicle category, supplier policies, taxes, fees, and other applicable charges.
Where applicable, taxes and mandatory charges will be displayed during the booking process. Certain optional services, hotel charges, local taxes, deposits, meals, additional luggage, tolls, parking fees, or other charges may be payable separately depending on the service provider.
Eazybook reserves the right to correct pricing, availability, or calculation errors. If a significant error affects a booking, we may contact you before completing or continuing the reservation and provide available options in accordance with applicable law and booking conditions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking process has been successfully completed and Eazybook or the relevant service provider has issued a confirmation containing a valid booking ID, reservation number, ticket number, or other confirmation reference, as applicable.
Entering information into the booking form or receiving a payment initiation message does not by itself guarantee that a reservation has been confirmed.
Customers should carefully review the confirmation details after booking and contact Eazybook promptly if any important information appears incorrect.
Depending on the selected service, payment may be processed through Eazybook, a third-party payment gateway, the relevant hotel, airline, cab operator, or another authorized payment provider.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount payable for your booking. Eazybook may use payment verification and fraud-prevention measures before confirming certain transactions.
A payment transaction may remain subject to verification even after the payment amount has been debited from your bank account or payment instrument. If a transaction cannot be successfully verified or a booking cannot be confirmed, the applicable refund process will be initiated according to the relevant payment and booking conditions.
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property, room type, rate plan, travel date, and booking conditions. The applicable cancellation deadline and any cancellation fee should be reviewed before completing payment.
Some hotel reservations may be fully refundable until a specified deadline, while others may be partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to specific cancellation charges. Once the applicable cancellation deadline has passed, the hotel or booking provider may retain some or all of the amount paid.
Flight cancellations and refunds are governed primarily by the applicable airline's fare rules and ticket conditions. Cancellation charges, airline penalties, taxes, convenience fees, and other applicable deductions may apply.

Cancellation charges may apply where a customer cancels after the permitted cancellation period, after driver allocation, or after the driver has started travelling toward the pickup location, depending on the applicable provider policy.
Where a refund is approved, the amount and timing of the refund will depend on the applicable booking terms, cancellation policy, service provider, payment method, and banking or payment-processing timelines.
Eazybook may initiate an eligible refund after receiving confirmation from the relevant hotel, airline, cab operator, or booking partner. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account, wallet, or other payment method may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Refunds may be subject to cancellation charges, supplier penalties, taxes, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or other deductions where permitted by the applicable booking conditions.
Changes to hotel, flight, cab, or other travel bookings are subject to the conditions of the relevant service provider. Depending on the booking, changes may result in additional charges, fare differences, availability restrictions, or cancellation penalties.
Eazybook cannot guarantee that a requested change will be available. Customers should contact Eazybook as soon as possible when they need to modify an existing reservation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary travel documents, identification, visas, permits, tickets, and other documentation required for their journey.
For international travel, passengers are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, immigration requirements, transit requirements, vaccination or health-related travel requirements where applicable, and other entry conditions relevant to their destination.
Eazybook does not guarantee that a passenger will be permitted to enter a destination or board a flight where the passenger does not satisfy applicable travel requirements.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or booking where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
Eazybook may occasionally offer promotional codes, discounts, cashback, special fares, hotel offers, or other promotional benefits. Each promotion may have separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, usage limits, and conditions.
Promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated. Eazybook reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict a promotional offer where permitted by applicable law and the published promotion conditions.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, Eazybook will provide reasonable assistance based on the information and options made available by the relevant service provider. Refunds, changes, credits, or alternative arrangements may remain subject to the applicable supplier's policies.
Hotels, airlines, cab operators, accommodation providers, and other travel suppliers are independent service providers. Their services are subject to their own operating procedures, terms, policies, and legal obligations.
Eazybook's responsibility may be limited to the role it performs in facilitating the booking, processing information, communicating with the service provider, and assisting customers with booking-related concerns. Where a service is supplied directly by an independent third party, the third party remains responsible for delivering that service in accordance with its applicable obligations.
If you experience an issue with a booking, you should contact Eazybook customer support as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide your booking ID and relevant details so that we can identify the reservation and communicate with the applicable service provider.
For issues occurring during a hotel stay, flight journey, or cab trip, contacting the relevant service provider promptly may also help resolve the matter more quickly.
Your use of Eazybook is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
By using Eazybook, you acknowledge that information may need to be shared with hotels, airlines, cab operators, payment providers, and other relevant partners when necessary to complete and manage your booking.
By using Eazybook and providing your email address or mobile number, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, travel updates, and customer support.
Electronic communications may include email, SMS, telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, app notifications, or other communication methods where available and permitted by applicable law.
Customers should retain their booking confirmation, ticket, invoice, receipt, payment confirmation, cancellation confirmation, and other relevant travel documents. These records may be required when requesting a refund, making a change, contacting customer support, or resolving a booking-related dispute.
Eazybook may suspend or terminate access to the platform where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, attempts unauthorized access, misuses promotional offers, or otherwise uses the platform in a manner that may harm Eazybook, its partners, customers, or systems.
Suspension or termination of an account does not automatically cancel an existing booking or remove payment obligations. The applicable booking and cancellation terms will continue to apply unless otherwise specified.
Eazybook may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, travel services, business operations, partner arrangements, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Eazybook after changes are published means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and your use of Eazybook will be subject to the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any dispute relating to the use of Eazybook or its services will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws and the jurisdiction provisions applicable to the relevant matter.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
If Eazybook does not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not mean that Eazybook has waived its right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the applicable booking conditions, cancellation policies, Privacy Policy, payment terms, and other notices displayed during the booking process, form the terms governing your use of Eazybook, subject to applicable law.
